Once you reach Nagpur via train or flight, you will be received by a tour representative. You will be taken on a road trip to Pench National Park from Nagpur. The park is around 80 km away from Nagpur and the road trip takes around 2 hours. Once you reach Pench, you will be checked into a pre-booked resort. After lunch, the rest of the day is at leisure.
The Pench National Park is very famous for its tiger population. Apart from this, you can find numerous animals like gaur, elephant, sambar, boar and others. You can also spot many colourful local and migratory (only in the winter season) birds in the park.
After Early Morning Safari, you will be taken back to the hotel for breakfast. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure. You can enjoy exploring the nature tracks around the resort region, or you can take part in any resort activities. After lunch, you will be taken to the park for the evening safari. Evening safari is the right time to spot large mammals and predatory animals. After the safari, you will be dropped off at your resort.

After our early morning game drive, we will drive across the scenic Vindhya Hills to Kanha National Park. Kanha Tiger Reserve encompasses 751 square miles of varied habitats and is one of the largest reserves in India. It is a beautiful region, situated on a plateau in the Maikal Range, and is made up of a crescent of hills (rising to nearly 1,000 meters) that embraces broad undulating grasslands speckled with clumps of bamboo and Sal Forest. On arrival check in to your pre-booked resort.
Early Morning, you will be taken to enjoy a Jeep Safari at Kanha National Park and see the wildlife. Back to the hotel to enjoy breakfast and relax for a few hours. Afternoon, proceed for another safari and see the variety of flora and fauna of the Kanha. Back to the hotel.
Note: Park remains closed on Wednesday Evening.
Today we’ll have a last (early morning) birdwatching walk around the lodge before leaving Kanha later that morning. From Kanha, we will make the 6-hour drive south to Nagpur while having Lunch.
