Day 1 - Arrival in Srinagar

Arrival at Srinagar Airport and transfer to Srinagar check in to the hotel. Day 2 - Srinagar-Gulmarg

Day 3 - Gulmarg Sightseeing

Gulmarg is a town, a hill station, a popular skiing destination and a notified area committee in the Baramula district of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir.The town is situated in the Pirpanjal range in the western Himalayas.The resort was named Gulmarg (“meadow of flowers”) by Sultan Yusuf Shah of the Chak Dynasty who frequented the place with his queen Habba khatoon in the 16th century.Wild flowers of 21 different varieties were collected by the Mughal emperor Jahangir for his gardens in Gulmarg.In the 19th century, British civil servants started using Gulmarg as a retreat to escape summers in North Indian plains dinner.

Day 4 - Gulmarg- Pahalgam

Gulmarg – Pahalgam: After Breakfast transfer to PAHALGAM: The popular holiday resort, 95km East of Srinagar 2400 mts above the sea level.The town of Pahalgam (Village of Shepherds) offers breath-taking views of alpine peaks, the Lidder and Seshnag Rivers tumbling down picturesque, deep-cut mountain valleys. It is also the entry point for the famous Amarnath Cave, a holy site for Hindus. On your way you would visit the Avantipur Ruins- the 1100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Avantipur was founded by king Avantivarman. The site has two temples. The larger one, Shiva-Avantishvara, is marked by massive walls some half a mile beneath the town on the outskirts of village Jaubror. Day 6 - Pahalgam -Srinagar

Pahalgam - Srinagar After breakfast, drive to Srinagar and enjoy the site scene of the famous Mughal Gardens Cheshma Shahi “Royal Spring”Shalimar “Garden of Love”Nishat Garden “Garden of Pleasure”Shankaracharya Temple.On return visit a local Handicrafts Showroom for hand-knotted specialty silken carpets, shawls, jewelry ornaments.Overnight stay in Houseboat

Day 7 - Srinagar-Sonmarg- Srinagar

Srinagar - Sonmarg – Srinagar After breakfast leave with a full day excursion for Sonmarg “The meadow of gold. Situated at an altitude of 9000 Ft. Sonmarg at a distance of 84 Kms from Srinagar is also called “The meadow of gold” .Sonmarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. The place is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer.Drive back from Sonmarg to Srinagar.

Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 8 - Srinagar Departure

Srinagar - Airport- Onward destination. After breakfast, enjoy the morning in Srinagar and drive Srinagar to Airport for onward destination. Tour ends.
