Delhi Agra Rishikesh

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Delhi

Arrive at Delhi airport and transfer to a hotel. Later, we'll explore the most cherished landmarks of magnificent Delhi. Unfold the charming tourist attractions like Jama Mosque, Raj Ghat, Qutub Minar and Connaught Place.

Day 2

Delhi to Agra

The day begins with a morning drive to Agra. Upon arrival we'll visit Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the evening, we'll enjoy the Taj Show at Kalakriti Auditorium, a 90-min Bollywood style musical that brings to life the love story of Shah Jahan and his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.

Day 3

Agra to Delhi

Will visit the breathtaking Taj Mahal, a stunning poem in white marble built by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife. Later we'll drive back to Delhi.

Evening at Leisure

Day 4

Delhi to Rishikesh

Drive to Rishikesh, the base for Char Dham pilgrimage and gateway to Garhwal Himalayas, and check-in at the hotel. Relax with an Ayurveda massage (Abhanga) and rejuvenate your senses. Visit Parmarth Niketan Ashram and witness the evening aarti at Ashram, a serene and spiritual experience.

Day 5

Meditation Session in Rishikesh

Depart for sunrise yoga & meditation at Kunjapuri Temple, one of the Shakti peethas, and start your day with a spiritual practice. Visit Vashisht cave, an ancient cave where great sage Vashishtha meditated for years. Will later enjoy an Ayurvedic massage (Shirodhara) and witness the aarti at Triveni Ghat, a beautiful and peaceful experience.

Day 6

Rishikesh Sightseeing

Practice morning yoga & meditation at Rajendra wellness centre and energise your body and mind. Visit Patna waterfall and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, savouring the flavours of Indian cuisine. Visit Beatles Ashram and explore the local market for shopping, where you can find unique souvenirs and gifts.

Day 7

Rishikesh to Delhi for Departure

Depart for Delhi and enjoy a midway break for freshening up and breakfast, a chance to rest and recharge. Visit Ramkrishna Ashram and enjoy local shopping, exploring the vibrant markets and stalls. Later we'll say final bid adieu by departing from Delhi.
